The cost of one tv is double than cost of one DVD;

The cost of 2 tv is 4 times more cost one DVD ;

The cost of 2 tv and 3 DVD player is 7 times more cost one DVD ;Then, 1 DVD cost 1421 ÷7 = 201 $ ;
1 tv cost = 2 * 201 = 402 $ ;
