DIVIDE EVERYTHING BY 5 ==>x²+6x+y²=3

complete the square of x²+6x ===> x² + 6x + 9 - 9 ===>(x+3)²2 - 9

===>(x+3)² - 9 + y² = 3===>(x+3)² + y² = 12 this is the equation
