Coordinates: D(5, 1) and E(13, 11)

Formula: X1+X2 + Y1+Y2 = Midpoint
                   2              2

X- coordinates:
X1= 5
X2= 13

Y- coordinates:
Y1= 1
Y2= 11

Now plug it in:

5+13     1+11
   2     ,     2

18/2 ,  12/2

Answer: A (9, 6)

HOPE THIS HELPS! ^_^
